Default Spark Plugs and Wires

I need to change my plugs and wires and I was wondering what kind to buy in order to get a little more hp out of the engine? Its for a 2000 Camaro Z28 with the LS1 engine. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

A while back I got a set of the Granatelli, near 0 ohm resistance wires, and they seemed to do my car a little good! When it comes to plugs, I hear to use either OEM or NGK TR55. I've used both, and don't have a problem with either!

I've stayed with oem GM wires. No problems.

Stick w- OEM. Unless your heavily modded there is nothing to be gained from anything else.
