Default Spark plugs and wires

Is there an easy way to get to them in a 3.4? Also how hard is it to change wires?

It's pretty easy to change them. If your car has AC, you'll need a long extension for your socket to go through the AC lines on the passenger side.

I think the 3.4L engine is the only one that all plugs can be changed from the top. It took me about 1/2 and hour to do my friends car.

I agree with the platinum plugs as the minimum, go with double plat or iridium and take the next 100K miles off from worrying about them. Wires I prefer Borg Warner. They have been around forever and the wires are lifetime warranty. Get a little dielectric grease to put in the boots of the plug and coil side to help extend the life of the wires as well.

I had to use a 3/8 swivel on mine to make removal of the plugs from the passenger side easier. I put a little bit of anti seize on the threads of the plugs as well. Just a little bit. Cause it is a SOB when something else breaks and you gotta pull em to compression test or check your plugs and one gets stuck
