hello, i have a 2001 camaro ss 6 speed manual. i started my car today and it worked fine. i drove it normally for about 20 minutes then came back. when i parked it, i turned the car off on neutral, pulled the handbrake, then put it in first. the next time i tried turning it back on, the car starts, but a really rough start, almost like it would turn off, but it stays on. it idles really really low on rpm and the car shakes (on neutral). i tried reversing, but when i step on the gas, it doesnt go anywhere, not even a rev. what could be wrong with my car? please help me! thanks

no, it just starts, and sounds weird.

 

could be a bad or clogged fuel filter.Is it hard to put in gear ? Try getting the fuel pressure checked.

 

also idles bad, shakes, and gassing it doesn't work.

 

i can put it in gear fine.

 

how could the fuel filter be clogged?

 

dirt,contaminents,age,etc.
