so i just bought an 89 IROC, it has a 350 TPI and i havnt been able to drive it much since i got it but when i do drive it, sometimes the engine will studder and then the car will eather run like ****, recover and run fine, or stop running all together...

if u have any advice i would truley appreciat any thing you could do to help me fix it...

Start by changing the fuel filter. In a lot of cases it has never been changed because of its location and could be your problem. Simple things first.

 

i had a vehicle do the same thing to me, and the problem ended up being that a vacuum line kept popping off of where it was supposed to be. check vacuum lines.
