Stay away from the E3 and Plat +4 from bosch. GM recommends using iridium plugs that run about $6.99 each. OEM was NGK/AC Delco Iridium. I would put either Autolite Iridium or NGK iridium in the engine. If you cant afford that then go with Autolite Double Platinum.

I just run coppers, no difference really. At moment got champions gapped at like 0.38" I think, you can run anywhere between 0.3 to 0.6" im not an expert but some run hotter or colder, ie like N2O or not. For a better idle, go with the smaller gap. Previously had NGK TR5s too or TR55 are good

ive used the tr55 and bosch +4 and both have worked fine. i am using a msd coil so i figured the +4 would do fine and did. only thing that would work when i was running ridiculously rich.
