rad plugs??

Default rad plugs??

hey, i took the rad out of the 91rs parts car i had and because i ve got a 5 speed i dont need the linbes out to the tranny so dose anyone know if u can get plugs for it

ya i have done that b4 all u nee to do is find a bolt that will fit the treads i put some tread lock on it just to b safe, i drove it for a long time b4 i sold it and never had a problem just don't over tighting or u can breack it.

It does not even need plugs. Lots of times in new radiators they just have plastic plugs to keep dirt out. No coolant will go through there just tranny fluid. The holes lead into the tube on the inside and the tube is sealed to keep coolant out and trans fluid in.

ok so how should i plug the main opening ( i think it went to the cooler for a/c) anyways there are the main top left to the intake and the bottom right to the water pump and on the same side as the trann lines thee a 1" opening

Oh that one usualy hooked into the heater hose fittings. You can get a rubber cap and a hose clamp that fits.
