no cats on a 98z?

Default no cats on a 98z?

I live in a area with no emmissions i want to delete the cat on my camaro but isn,t there a o2 sensor behind the cat wont this give me engine problems? i want pacesetter headers and y pipe i now there are o2 sensor bungs in the headers but what about the one behind the cat can i delete that somhow with no problems?

You can use O2 simulators after the cat, but you may have to get bungs welded to the pipe so you can screw the sims in place, or have the PCM reprogrammed to delete the downstream O2 sensors. If you don't do that the engine lite will come on to annoy you.
