New to Camaros
Hey what's going on fellas? I just bought my first Camaro, 2000 SS Stock plus SLP Loudmouth and the skip shift eliminator. Since I've been driving, I've driven 5 Ford Mustangs and now I'm trying something different. I'll post pictures up as soon as I can get my camera working.
I like it alot. There is so much more space for my legs and long arms in a camaro then a mustang. Also, the overwhelming amount of extra power. I thought for the longest time, "I'll hook my Mustang up to 300 horsepower," and made that a goal. Now stock I know I have over 300! I should have considered switching long ago. If I would have, I would have saved lots of money in the long run. The car looks great and sounds intimidating, I'm just trying to figure out how to get pictures on to this website.
I finally got some pictures of my car. Drove it around a little yesterday, fastest car I've ever driven. Scary as s**t. Fun too! Anyway, said I would up load pictures, what do you all think?

sick *** car man.i love it.i dont really get the backwards window thing but the z06 rims and the red and black color combo(my school colors)with the sport kit/ body kit is just down right sick looking.congrats on the buy and u have a wonderful car! but what do u think about the loudmouths?? im kickin around between getting them or not(how would u desribe the sound) and im just worried because some i hear sound so bubbly and i mean like under water bubbly-->not that nice street rod bubble sound.LOL
Sweet *** SS, looks real nice and good thing you realized Chevy's are better! lol If you don't mind me asking what size rims are those? I don't want to knock your ride or anything but to me they look like donuts. (maybe it's just me)
Thanks man! I had to race to buy the thing too, some other people were going to look at it and I was almost sure they'd have bought it before I got it. The loudmouth to me is actually not as loud as I thought it would be. Although, it does sound like bubbles running down the road till you blow all the carbon out. I don't drive the car alot so when I do take it out, it sound like it for awhile then blows away. I'm not familiar with all the aftermarket exhaust for Camaro's but I do know is I like the car loud. The louder the better. If the Loudmouth is the loudest I'm going to get before open-headers at the track, then I'm in. Be sure to check your local laws though. I live in Rhode Island and my car is registered in Illinois since my service record still states that as my home State. I abuse the system in exchange for no emmision checks and state inspections. But be careful, I hear some States are real **** about that kinda thing.
Dude that is sweet as all getup, but as M.$tErNeRmentioned in his post... I personally would ditch that rear window deflector cause I think it really take awayfrom theastectics of that beautiful machine. Good luck with your ride.
