i have 3.8 v6 00 maro. today im trading it in for a 2001 auto mint condition SS camaro. i have a friend with a 03 mustang gt hes always braging to me how my car so slow and everything and his car would blow it away well not anymore i cant wait to see the look on his face when i roll up in his driveway to show him my new ride right now he has no clue.

 

actually your V6 camaro should keep up with his Mustang but anyway. Yea you will be able to blow the doors off his car now.

 

hell yea, that is the best feeling, it was the same way with my buddy's 94 351 mustang cobra, he was always getting the jump on me and takin me in the long run, we dont talk mauch but it always made me mad when i saw him, then last winter i did my first heads/cam swap and smoked him... bad, he thought i was on the bottle 100% when i told him about my new setup , he looked like he wanted to sell his car.

 

My cousin had a 02 GT with a little work nothing major. I carried him to his first street race He was beat three times by a SS maro.

 

Not only does the LS1 beat the hell out of those mustangs I've even taken my father in laws 06 Mustang GT by at least a car. You would think that Ford would be able to come out with a package that would out run and LS1 I mean come on Camaro hasen't been out for 4 years you would think they could think of something
