Default Hard to shift

I have a T56 hooked up to my LS1. The other day getting on the interstate, I decided it was in my best interest to get in front of a truck that was 3 vehicles ahead of me before the on ramp merged into one lane. While I was on my journey to the front of the pack I heard a very deep hum while shifting. Ever since then, I have not been able to shift very quickly and it's gotten a lot stiffer when going into gear. Very rarely it will make sort of a grinding noise when the clutch is depressed. Any ideas? My first thought was the throw out bearing... but it would reassure me to hear it's not the race. Synchro's are fine. No grinds there. Thanks in advance.

It will go in and out of gears pretty easily. It seems to happen more often when the car is cold, and worse when it is also cold outside.

Thanks guys. I'll start with bleeding, cylinder replacement and work my way to a clutch swap. I'll have my wife help me with that this weekend.
