Default Clutch help

I need a new clutch kit for my 2000 SS. I have a SPEC 3 in now but it's slipping real bad, just to get it to move at all I have to rev it to about 4k. Can anyone give me some names of clutch kits. I'm just wondering what the best kit would be and what stage. I plan on doing alot to it. Thanks alot for your help.

If the engine is stock, the stock clutch should be fine. If you keep burning up clutches, you may have to change your driving style. If you are going to mod the engine to where it is going to make serious power, you sholuld call any of the clutch builders and find out what they recommend for your set up.

The stock clutch we replaced when the 5th and 6th shift fork broke. The only time I jump on it is when a import thinks it has some *****! Otherwise I drive it normal. Thanks I never thought about calling a clutch company and asking them. Thanks alot

I plan on having about 500 to the wheels so I don't want to put a new clutch in and then put a stronger one in down the line. And your ebay auction is for LT1's I have a LS1 but thanks for the help.

Look at his eBay store. He has LS1 set ups. Get the one your going to need. Good luck & let us know what you went with.
