98z egr removel?

can i remove the egr system on my 98z with out any problems there are no emmission laws were i live? engine trouble lights etc.

you'll get a Service Engine Soon light. unless it's broke there is no reason to remove it. should only operate while your at cruising rpms

Removed mine with no issue however i had the car tuned right after it was pulled off. As stated above unless you are running some good mods i dont think it will do you much good.

Mine is removed and tuned out as well. It may not do anything for performance, but it sure looks better under the hood without it!
