Ya it showed both downstream, and everything on this car is original with 92k

It might be your sensors but I highly doubt both would go out at once

What did you use to clean the mass air flow?

Try taking your neg battery terminal off (leave it off for like 10mins) to clear the codes and any adjustments stored on you kam and then take it for a drive see if the codes come back.

Also did you make sure your gaps were set correctly?

Ya they are gapped at 60 and I already unhooked the cable and tried clearing them with a code reader. They come back on in two days

I couldn't tell you what's wrong without doing actual tests with an Ocicilliscope(sp) to watch what your sensors.
