Hey I'm new to intakes, what kinds of intakes are there? Forced induction , CAI .... what do they mean?

 

Forced Induction, if I'm not mistaken, means that the car has what is known as "ram air" and it forces air in through your intake system. "CAI" means Cold Air Intake. This meaning that the air fed to your engine will be colder than a factory intake. It consists of a temperature sealed box that restricts the heat from the engine from getting to the filter and into your intake.
