My glasspacks.
All I have been hearing is that glasspacks sound terrible on fbodys. However I was just wondering if it is on stock exhausts where people replace the muffler with a glasspack?
I ask this because I have a complete redone exhaust: long tube headers, true duals (3 inches) with longer glasspacks at the end, dumped right before the rear axle. I think it sounds really good. But as always, I'm looking to make it sound even deeper (I like it loud) by the time the packs burn out.
Here is a crappy *** vid of my friend filming me at night driving by... you tell me if this is the glasspack sound everyone hates, because it sounds good to me (and unlike other glasspacks on ls1s I have heard.
Forgive me for my friends goofyness in the begining. Let me know what you think haha.

I also love the sound of the exhaust. It's mellower at idle and freaking screams when you get on it.
Nice thing about my exhaust is that I can disconnect the glasspacks easy and just swap mufflers/glasspacks around to test sounds. Curiosity of course is getting to me.
I may just leave it since I like it

Thanks
I actually like the rear end of the 4th gens without tips. Unlike the Pontiacs, there is no space for the tips to come out the bumper so they look like they are just hangin' out the rear end in a funny way.
