Mbrp cat back exhaust noise problem
I have a v6 2010 camaro and installed a mbrp cat back exhaust. I listened to other camaros with it installed and it sounded good it had a deep roar to it. But mine gets real raspy in the higher rpms before I shift it sounds like a rice burner and it sucks. My old 4 cyl Mazda 6 with a magnaflow cat back sounded meaner. Also When I'm in neutral and rev the engine it sounds week and embarrassing. So the question is did something happen with the install or is it just the brand of exhaust I got? I'd be willing to swap it out with an slp, flowmaster, or magnaflow but I don't want to waste the money if I can fox the problem or if it's just gonna sound the same.
;I dont really have experience with that catback but if you want a good option to switch to I would go Magnaflow, I hear 5th gens all the time with magnaflow and it has a deep muscle- tone to it, as for the MBRP catback it could just be the brand, maybe it just sounded different on video? (If that's where you referenced it from)
