Hey Jack, good luck to you there, just wondering how can I make my 02 Cam coupe V6 Growl and sound like a 60/70's muscle car? my little v6 can kick *** and leave alot of whats on the road at the stop sign but boy it sounds like what it is, a nice, contained, well behaved V, but I dont it to sound like one Big, Bad BootieMuscle Car

Why are you answering his question with a question?About your car
muscle sound would rely on deleted cat, a mangoflow price+ exhaust ie. corsa, borla(Guess I was never a flowmaster guy). I always thought magnaflow sounded deep, guess everyones different. And also engine modifications allowing more air to go through the engine, allowing more horsepower and a more powerful sound

Honestly, the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard on a camaro is the borla xr-1 multicore
V8 Borla XR-1
V6 Borla XR-1
I guess it's all about preference, but borlas are my favorite, a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I'm definitely putting the XR-1 True duals on my 3800
Also, if you're looking for a more muscle sound you'll definitely want to put a cam in

Muscle sound, I'd say True Duals, H Pipe, No Cats, Borla mufflers.

A big cam and straight pipes will do it, but sometimes jsut ends up sounding straight up like an old tired car. my corsas on my ls1 just make mine sound like a ferrari since corsas give you that tuned sound.

I'd go with the SLP Loudmouth stage 1. That is by far the best sounding and loudest exhaust IMO...espically for the SS.

A flowmaster does a good job of making a low pitched rumble, I like em
