I was under the car the other day and noticed that the reverse rod seems to run right where the header pipe should. It's a 79 Z 350 4 spd. and I got the 2451-1HKR header set for the 327 I'm building. Have any of you 4 spd guys had issues installing headers with the BW T10? I think this rod can be removed without affecting reverse, Can it? My only other option would be to find a stock manifold w/a 2.5 inch outlet. Thanks for any input.
