i have a 92 rs with a 305 tbi and i was wondering what the best exhaust setup up would be power wise cause right now its got a straight pipe from the headers back with an open header cut out it seems faster with the cut out open but slower when its running the pipe any suggestions

 

well i have flowmaster mufflers with tips and its pretty good, but u just having straight pipes should be louder than my car. But if your looking for mufflers go with flowmaster and borla if you want to pay more. also look into getting a high flow cat. that will increase your exhaust flow therefore upettying your horsepower and it will sound even louder yet.
