I plan on upgrading the stock exhaust on my 2000 z28 to something that will give me the best sound and performance for my money. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

You can not go wrong with SLP. They may cost a little bit but they are well worth the cost. If you are looking to go a little cheaper flow master 80s dont sound to bad on the LS1 if you are doing a custom 1 in and 2 out set up.

i put magnaflow on my dad's mustang. they sound alright, if you want alot of cheap sound just go with a very wide open muffler. otherwise u will want at least an ORY in order to actually hear the motor.
