Hi my Chevy Camaro has a TPMS sensor light on but I haven't been able to replace it yet. Money has had to go to emergent repairs on the home. So a few days ago the stabilitrak light went on cause I had to make a hard left out of a parking spot.

So stabilitrak light goes on and than it goes off...and sometimes stays off for a few minutes...notice stabilitrak comes on when I'm turning or braking as I drive and than disappears. Check engine light is on but solid...tpms light obviously still stays on the panel.

Sooo...car has a rough idle not horrible but noticeable but when I hit the gas the car runs very well but honestly the idle scares me cause the engine gets so quiet I think it's going to die...than I hit the rpms and no problems.

​​​​​​Thoughts? I think it's just the cars response to the bad sensor?

You need the codes from the check engine light. Have you verified you tire pressure?

 

Ty for your advice. The tire pressure was the first thing I checked. I know I have a bad sensor on the left rear tire and that's cause it's a brand new tire (left and right rear).

 

Yes went to AutoZone and it's throwing the ABS code cause of the TPMS sensor. My brother just replaced the lower O2 sensors before the catalytic converter. The second code is for the 02 sensors. 😁

The minor shaking has my anxiety up. Sometimes there's no shaking. My stabilitrak sensor hasn't come on at all today.
