wont start NEED HELP !!!!!!!!

ok last night i got in my car and tryed to start it so i could leave... i turn the key and i could see the lights on the dash come on for a second and then turn off i try to turn the key but nothing happed no lights no nothing... i get out open the hood and see if the batter cables are lose i move the + first and i look up and see my indoor lights come on... so i get back in the car try and start it but it want run just truns over i see it getting fuel... it has spark.... i dont know but i looks like its feeding a lot of fuel..... i can smell fuel and when i look down into the tbi i looks like its under a small poll of fuel

1990 RS 305 TBI HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP......

sounds like a bad ground, or the terminals are corroded, probably flooded it, clean everything up, let the car sit a little while and then try it.

no codes car still want start if i look down into the tbi should i be able to see gas?

No. If it is flooded, and you have acess, take out the spark plugs that you can reach out to let the fuel evaporate. Then before you try to start it spray a little bit of starter fluid in it.
