engine shut down

Default engine shut down

I was driving and I stopped at a light and the engine just shut off, I tried to restart but it just kept cranking. I could use any advice.

this is a 95 with a 3.4 and it has gas, battery is charged.

same thing happened to my grand prix 3.4, check the small vacuum lines near, or around the map sensor, make sure there all plugged in one of mine just popped out i guess.

Sure there is gas in the car but is it getting to the Engine?

Has it been a while since your last oil change? Low oil pressure switch?

i just got finshed working on a 96 3.4 and it had the same problem i turned out to be the crank sensor. check spark and injector trigger if you have neither it is the cranck sensor
