its a 94 z28 we just put new plugs wires opti and water pump well we didnt locktight the optie so we riped it apart again did that, put it all back together. filler with coolant well somehow we cracked the plastic clip on the radiator we had it full of coolant and my friend wanted to make sure it started we didnt have the thermastat hose hooked and he started it, it started for a few sec then died, we fig it was out of fuel. now i put 5gal in, the fuel pump turns on but still no starts we spray a little starting fluid and it sputters like its not getting fuel is there somehting that would put it in a limp mode or fuel cut off any help would be great! sorry this is so long just trying to tell you guys everything i can! thanks

yea it was running just opti went bad
