I have a 89 rs camaro with a 2.8l v6 mpfi and i just replaced the fuel pump because it did not provide presser and would not hold now that the new ones in i cant start my car and after i try to and turn off my car my fuel pump makes a lot of nosies i tested the new pump and it shows 47 psi and slowly drops. plz i need some trouble shooting ideas.

 

i would try to reseat the fuel injector harness or try to start it again but shoot some starting fluid in and see if that has an effect. did you also check to see if you have spark??
