i have a 93 lt1 and i might have accidentally unplugged a wire im not sure if it has been unplugged for a while or if i just did it myself, its right by the center console, its a thick black cable and also another one near it that is thinner and almost looks like a head phone jack, i took pics of it on my phone but i am having trouble geting it on here, any suggestions what it might be ?

 

Radio antenna cable?

 

OBD connector?

 

it looks like it could be the obd connector but i dont see anywhere it plugs in to

 

the radio works fine and it seems like its running good, i will check more into tomarrow morning

 

could have been for a disc changer maybe
is it a GM wire or something that looks to be added in

 

ok i traced the wired and it ends up going under the carpet on the passengers side that is connected to a box that im assuming is to the sound system ? its a small black box right on the passengers side

 

does anybody know what that little black box is under the passengers side ?
