* in my 71 my wiper motor doesnt work.

* i put a test light on all five electrical plugs and they all have power. one sparked like when a negative/positive touch... tell me if i am wrong but is that the earth and is that normal?

* my 3 vacum lines are a mess. one goes to the tank at the front . the return line from the reservoir tank to the wipers is there. another line goes through the firewall but is connected to nothing. the 3rd point there is no hose at all.should this go to a vacum point like carb or manifold? where should they all be connected?

* does it sound like the wiper motor is dead?[/align][/align]
