yeah, i tried that already. It seemed to be fixed for a while but now isn't starting often again. Sometimes it starts right up after waiting the 5 minutes for the system to reset, but other times it does nothing and the security light just stays on for an extended period of time. I'm going to take the steering wheel off again and look back at the ignition wires again or for some other source of the short.
