trunk problem

my camaro has on of those motors in the back to pull the trunk closed the rest of the way after you push it down what is that motor called because mine took a crap and does not work

Would you know it is called the "hatch pull down motor". Go to the web site for TOPDOWN Solutions and you can download the instructions for the hatch repairs. They also sell all the repair parts needed.
