I bought a set of the new Chevrolet 4" tall black valve covers to put on my 67 Camaro with a big block. They will hit the wiper motor on the firewall. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Tight clearancewith the big block covers were more an issue with the power brake booster. So the drivers side factory cover was shaped accordingly to give clearance, like these (#CCS11): Big Block Valve Covers
Is your engine in the stock location using all the right mounts, or is it slid back some?

 

Motor is in the correct location, with the correct motor mounts. I changed the brake booster to a 9", and have no clearence issues there, just with the wiper motor.

 

I believe the 67 wiper motor puts the motor more towards the bottom of the assembly, which creates the clearance problem. 68 & 69 wiper motors are different, but won't just bolt in place of yours without modifying the firewall.
You can go this option (not cheap): Detroit Speed Wiper Motor or go without a wiper motor if it's a dry weather only car.
