My 1998 3.8 L Camaro was running fine then it sat fora month before I took it in to get headers installed. It runs great but when I turn the wheel to the right about 50 degrees or to about 2 O'Clock it seems like the PS isnt working right. It is fine EVERYWHERE else even when it is turned all the way. Why is it only in one spot and did they mess it up putting the headers on?

It has PS fluid!!

I do have an aftermarket chrome PS cap

 

Are the headers interfering with the movement of the front wheels? If not, the car has a steering problem which should be tended to.

 

[&:] id certainly take a looksie to see if the headers are hitting anywhere like the steering shaft but id suspect the rack from your description if no two parts are trying to occupy the same space at the same time
