Arrow Power steering issue

Ive noticed a couple days ago that when my car is still, at idol and i turn the wheel, i feel the power steering struggling. As i bring the RPM up it works no problem. So i popped my hood to see the previous owner put an under drive pulley in which makes sense now. But it never did this before till recently, The powersteering fluid it topped up and didnt notice any leaking. Should i put back the stock pulley?!?!!

Sounds like the pump is failing. It is not too hard to replace but it can be a messy job.

Unless you really want the under-drive pulley, I would return to stock prior to replacing the pump.
