i have a 93 camaro 3.4... i try to start the car and it will click i have to turn the key like 20 times...it clicks every time i turn the key...then it will finally start...when it is trying to start the engine always turns over 3 or 4 times before it starts im replacing the starter...does anyone know of anything else that could be wrong???

 

you don't have to replace the whole starter ... just the solenoid. it may even be just a loose connection where the battery cable bolts to the solenoid. sick

 

smack the starter housing with a hammer. really no bull**** if it starts right up its the starter

 

Check your battery while your there. A weak battery can kill a starter.
