Smile Northeast Fla. -- Looking for Camaro Specialist

My 1994 Z-28 convertible with 50K miles is a great car, but it recently developed some cooling system issues. Took it to a local garage that was pretty clueless. I'm looking for a Camaro specialist in Jacksonville or Gainesville who can intelligently diagnose and fix this problem...and anything else that may pop up. Thanks!

basically when they get that way....the easiest fix is to flush the engine and radiator with a garden hose and replace all the soft parts....all hoses, cap, thermostat. It's a 16 year old car, if this hasn't been done lately....it's a pretty good idea to do it now. Once you've replaced all the parts and "hosed" out the engine and radiator...the only other thing that could be a problem is the fans.....make sure they are operating properly....you might have a fan motor that's not spinning up fast enough to get air across it.

Also, if it's a cooling problem at speed, check for the air damn under the radiator to make sure it's still there.
