Default little bit of a spring tune-up

okay so over the winter my92 rs (stock 305 tbi)decide to turn into a huge turd. i used to get atleast15-17in town and about 20-22 highway....now i have a wonderfull 8-9 in town and 10-12 highway. so i figure i could do a slight tune- up and hope to god it saves me some gas being that its going to skyrocket in a few weeks.
i already know i need to:
change:
oil and filter
coolant
plugs and wires...
i was wondering if i should go ahead and change my injectors...cap/rotor...fuel filter or anything else...suggestions recommended....
thank you.

Depends on how much money you want to spent. I do recommend replacing the fuel filter.

I don't know much but I'll tell you...when I replaced my fuel filter my mpg increased right back to 18.
Of course after the mech showed it to me I understood why. So I totally recommend replacing the fuel filter.
