Default Idler pulley

Hey you guys. Just got a quick question. I have a steady squeak that used to go away as the car warms up that is comming from my idler pully on my '98 3.8l V6 Camaro. Now it doesnt get any quieter and stays like that for the duration that I have the engine running. I have only had the car for a couple of months and never worked on a camaro for that matter. Is this as simple as it looks? Just remove and replace? I believe it also doubles as a tensioner pulley. I should be able to just take the belt off and then loosen the tensioner pulley by breaking it loose in the other direction right? I sure hope so. Hoping to run up to the auto parts store and do this before noon. Any info on this will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Remove and Replace. They do wear out.
