I am looking at a 69 camaro. what should I look for? he says its a #s match 307 auto. looks very good in pics. thanks for your help guys

 

Check the body for bondo ( a good magnet should work ) and look under the car for damage ( frame etc, ) What kind of mileage ? Has the engine been rebuilt ( sometimes the rebuilder has to resurface the deck ( head mountung surface ) and the number pad gets surfaced also ) Does the car have any obvious noticable problems ? Has it been repainted and if so, how long ago and what kind of paint was used ?
