Default Home Built 79 Camaro Sub Frame Connectors

Anyone ever built their own sub frame connectors for a Gen. 2 Camaro? I have saw pics of some on Ebay and they dont really look like they would be too hard to make from some good thick wall square tubing.
Anyone with some good pics and details on a home built set would be greatly appreciated. I have a torch and welder, and just need some details or dimensions.

The Moroso ( Competition Engineering ) ones are cheap enough so a person wouldn't have to build their own. Probably less than $ 135.00.

The hardest part is where to mount it in the rear. The bolt in ones connect the rear between the subframe and leaf spring mounting pad. Were you planning to weld the pieces together or bolt them? I would use a 140 amp mig welder to make sure the welds are strong enoungh. As for the steel I wouldn't even know what grade you would need.
