Default Sub-Frame Connectors

Hey guys, quick question... I was told that I should consider getting a sub-frame connector when I upgrade my suspension and I am just curious what exactly does a sub-frame connector do? And is it better to get the weld on or bolt on kind?

Thanks for the help guys.

imo the weld on are better and the bolt ons are easier. they keep the body from flexing to the point of damage and help to stop body sway.

what craby said. you can get the bolt-on ones and weld them later if you decide
