Default headlights kill gauges other dash problems 89

my 5th 3rd gen camaro everyone i have had has had some sort of wiring problem this one doesnt want to run upon start up you have to be in the car and give her a good couple gooses before it lines out

which you should even have to be in the car because its fuel injected tbi. aside from that car runs great just needs a tune

then we get into dash problems turn signals especially the right cause all gauges to fluctuate and the headlights completely kill the gauges. i went through everything found some problems corrected them issue still exist's removed dash cluster cleaned connections went through everything problem still exist's

i dont know what to do from here. any ideas?
