0.025" to 0.035"shuld get you close. You may have to mill the intake manifold for a proper fit. This is pretty fair amount of shaving, so unless there are valve reliefs cut into the pistons, you may want to check for valve to piston interference . Where did you find the double humps? I taught they all but dissapeared.

ebay has a sh-t pot full. every casting number made is on there. the 1.94's are going for about $150-$200 the 2.02's are going from $250 to $300. i have changed my mind again. the guy that does all my machine work told me i was wasting time and money with the camel humps. he is fixin me up with a set of 305HO heads for $200 that have been refreshed until i can afford a set of Darts. he said that the camel humps wasn't no better than what i already had. that for them to be an upgrade it would take a few hundred dollars in machine work. for that much money i might as well buy the Darts. sick

cant you do better things to increase your times than new heads?

Can you put a new engine in it or will that take you into a different class. I dont know too much about drags.

what kind of rear do you have? Is it posi?

Suspension?

Roll cage?

Let us know the ins and outs of your car.

Thanks for letting me know and fueling my intrests

LOL ... its about principles ... how every fast my car "eventually" gets ... it will be done with a 305. the rearend is locked with a mini-spool. it has Lakewood drag struts. i have a few close rivals that run 5.0 liter engines and i won't be satisfied til i outrun every damn one of LMAO ... or go broke ... which ever comes first LMAO. ( the maverick in the photo is one of them ). Sick
