im looking into getting a good set of cylinder heads and a good cam in a 93 lt1. i will be using it as a daily driver as long as i can get 15 mpg i dont care, does anyone have a good reccomendation for this ?

 

I would go for the LT4 hot Cam set. It's made by GM Performance parts. It retails for $529.95 for the kit which includes the hydraulic roller cam, a set of 1.6 roller rockers, valve springs,valve caps,valve keys, and valve spring shims. Or the cam alone is $208.88. i talked to SummitRacing and they advised me that the Trickflow heads are probably one of the best heads for the LT1, they are 1,359 bucks a set though. Have you thought about just getting the heads ported?
