I bought an 88 Iroc with a rebuilt Jasper 350 in it with 200 miles on it. I needed to get the compressor changed for the ac and while I was at the shop, I had a discussion with the owner. He was telling me how my car has the biggest alternator possible in a car. I got it home a few days ago and we tested the lights and everything and when I tried the turn signals with the headlights on, they went much slower. Also, the windows roll up extremely slow after replacing both motors with brand new ones. I am planning on putting a radio in it. My dad bought a truck with a pioneer system installed and he has no need for it so he wants to put it in my car. Do you think there could be a potential problem with over loading the alternator? I was told by the person I talked to that it is pretty possible, especially with the size of the speakers I have.

My second question is more of a problem. There is something wrong with the windshield wipers because no matter which way I turn the **** to turn them on they only go one speed, extremely slow. They are off in the slow position and on in the off or fast positions. I could just not drive it in the rain but this is something that I'd like to get fixed. Any idea what I should do first?
