I'm trying to pull the 305 and 700R4 out of my 87 camaro. I was wondering if anybody had any insight about the easiest way to do it. Should I try to pull both at the same time? Seperate the two first? I have access to most general shop tools. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

I've never done a 3rd gen Camaro but on most cars it's easiest to pull both the engine and trans as a single unit.

 

most cars I believe the standard procedure is to pull engine and trans out at the same time
