What emmisions does a 1980-81 camaro need. I am pretty sure it needs a catalytic converter but what else. Thanks for all of your help

 

it varies from state to state. federal regulations require at least 1 cat on all cars sold in the US, but i know that while emissions parts are "required", states like michigan dont have any emissions inspection...where as PA, checks every year, and is very expensive.
