Default Dash lights trouble shooting

Having some issues with trouble lights on dash.I'm trying to help a friend out as much as possible before he dumps a boat load of cash into the car or takes a huge loss selling the car.He has a 2001 3.8,for the past 2 weeks, after he said he ran through a puddle of water, the "ASR OFF" ,"ABS INOP" ,"BRAKE","SERVICE VEHICLE" lights have come on.For the past 3 years the"SECURITY" AND "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" lights have been on.The shops that he has taken the vehicle to have not commented on these lights being on.I can turn the Service engine soon light of but it comes back on due to a bad O2 sensor, which will be replaced. Now,after talking to him,he tells me that he had a blowout and had too replace a tire, the tire is a little smaller than the other three. He said he heard something about if 1 tire is smaller than the other 3,the ABS will read this and shut itself off.I have never heard of this happening.I could see possibly the ASR SYSTEM may do it.The "BRAKE" light I could see being on due to the "ABS INOP" light. If anyone has run into this situations or one simular to it,your experience and knowledge of problems described are greatly appreciated. As I'm trying to help the guy,and my experience with F-bodies is limited. Thanx for your comments and reading this post.
