Dash Lights
Hi i have a 1993 Camaro Z28 5 speed auto
since i bought the car the Check engine light always comes on wen the fan turns on (sooo i hope that's Normal)
Some times i start the car drive around and the security light comes on 4 no reason
then i get to work turn the car off then wen i start the car again its off again
and im having the same problem with the ABS light too
and rarely the low trac light
its happens at least twice a month
any thoughts?????

I don't believe the check engine light is suppose to come on when the fans are energized. Have you had the codes read?
Not sure about 93 but do they have a key with resistance chip in the key? If so, it could be the key is dirty, going bad or the key cylinder is getting dirty or worn. If you have an ohm meter, check to see if you can read a resistance on the chip.
For the abs and low track, check the connections to the front wheel sensors and clean them with electrical cleaner. Also, you can lift the front wheels off the ground and rotate the tires to see if you can feel a bad wheel bearing. I just replaced one that was going bad. The low trac light would come on when the brakes were lightly applied but has not come on since replacing the wheel bearing/sensor.

scann for trouble codes. easy on a 93. just takes a paper clip and ability to count. if u are getting new plugs make sure he changes all of em. alot of the times a shop will not change the rear passenger side plug. its a pita for sure.
