Hello,
Is here anyone who knows anything about the Japan export Camaro's (1996). I know they had different tailights and front fender side marker lights, but was there any other differences. How many were produced, are they collectable? If anyone can give me ANY info on these cars, it is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

They are pretty rare. I think the only difference was the markers on the car. As far as numbers, I have no idea...

 

They were ugly with those markers thats all I know.

 

Yeah, I agree, the marker lights are ugly and the mirrors just don't look right. The tailights are pretty sought after, I've seen them go for up to $500 on ebay.. If anybody knows production numbers or where to find out, thats be awesome. Thanks

Those are cool picture's of that Red Japan Export, thanks for posting that link.. A little overdone for my liking, but cool to see something different, especially in Japan.. I posted pictures of my White 96 Japan Export. It is FOR SALE if anybody is interested.

 

You know that moment when you go into the mens room and you smell something faint... the more you think about it the more you realize that what you are doing is smelling the residue of another mans ***... yeah, when I clicked on the link It had the same effect.
