Default Colant Leak From Somewhere? Also, Vacuum Hose Question

I thought that I would get 2 issues out of the way at once. The car is a 1995 Z28 Manual 6 Speed. The first issue is that all of the sudden I have a coolant leak? The leak is pretty major from just taking the car around the block. The leak is coming from somewhere below the water pump. Is it common for the water pump to go bad and leak water from underneath? I am guessing that one of the hoses have sprung a leak?
Also, my car has no heater and no AC. Does anybody know which vacuum hoses should be plugged or attached to the throttle body? (I am still getting a throttle steady at 1500 RPM and I just changed the throttle body and all components on it). My main concern is that there are a series of three lines on the right side of the engine bay that are labeled fuel lines. One of the lines is not attached to anything and I am guessing that it needs to go somewhere? Please let me know what you think? Thanks

The motor was just rebuilt, the water pump does not whine. Is it possible that it just might have come loose? I drove it 100 miles last weekend when I bought it and it was fine. Thanks

if the water pump came loose you would have known it and it would be leaking a lot more, just because the motor was rebuild doesnt mean it cant fail

The water is leaking a lot like it is coming out of the radiator. There is a giant puddle of steaming water and its coming out from under it. Is there any way that it might be one of the waterpump hoses?

Just carefully inspect all the hoses from underneath..(Jack the car up) while they are cold so you don't burn yourself. When you had the engine rebuilt did they replace all the hoses like they should have?

I figured it out. I looked at it from underneath the car and the lower radiator hose somehow hit one of the engine pulley's and it wore a hole in it. I have to go out and get a new hose. I am thinking of replacing both upper and lower. Are there any other hoses that might need replacing? Thanks

depends you have to look at them and tell yourself, if the radiator was leaking there is no way it could be the water pump
