Default clicking sound

So, I'm not sure why. But when I accelerate or even let's just say I'm at a stop and decide to give it some throttle and bring up my clutch..when I'm in first (clutch is released) and I'm accelerating or just hit the throttle down a 1/4 of the way, I hear some kind of ticking or clicking sound.

It's coming from my right side front wheel. A buddy of mine says it could be my suspension. And another buddy of mine says it could be a CV joint bearing. I'm not sure..

BUT!! For starters, (and I know its stupid as **** on my part) when I first got my car, I wasn't very familiar with the specs on the body size and how much space n room to give myself. However, I was leaving my buddy's jewelry store and in the parking lot there's an empty island which I had no idea about and didn't know it was in front of me. So when I went to go straight and pull out of the parking spot I went up this island and then came back down. What's weird is that both my front and rear right side wheels went up n down the island. But it wasn't until a couple days later when that clicking sound started..any ideas on what it is?

P.S. sorry for the essay..

Don't know what car you are talking about, but all Camaros older than 2009 do not use axles with CV joints
